Быстроходный и просторный катамаран Aqua Cat предлагает дайв-сафари на Багамах в условиях роскоши и комфорта. Небывалый для катамаранов размер кают позволяет размещаться также втроем и вчетвером, что идеально подходит для семей с детьми. Устойчивая конструкция катамарана сводит качку практически к нулю, позволяя наслаждаться отдыхом как дайверам, так и их непривыкшим к морю неныряющим спутницам.

ИНТЕРЬЕР

Находящаяся на верхней палубе уютная кают-компания корабля предоставляет панорамный обзор из больших окон, расположенных по всему периметру. Крытый ресторан позволяет разместить до 24 человек за двумя большими обеденными столами, а зона отдыха имеет удобные диваны, кофейные столики и телевизор с DVD-проигрывателем. В открытой части палубы на корме находится несколько небольших столов, размещающих до 12 человек, гриль для жарки барбекю и гамаки для отдыха. Здесь же часто проводятся брифинги перед погружениями.

Солнечная палуба, находящаяся на крыше катамарана, позволяет понежиться на солнышке и отдохнуть после дня погружений с напитками из расположенного здесь бара. Aqua Cat предлагает три различных вида разливного пива из местных пивоварен, а также вкуснейшие коктейли на основе рома. Все безалкогольные и алкогольные напитки включены в стоимость сафари.

КАЮТЫ

Всего на борту имеется 11 кают, и все они находятся на главной палубе Aqua Cat. Группа до 22 человек может размещаться с комфортом:

• каюты 1 и 2 имеют по две односпальных кровати на одном уровне, а также возможность добавить две дополнительных кровати-полки, позволяя разместиться втроем или вчетвером
• каюты 3 и 4 имеют по две односпальных кровати на одном уровне, а также возможность добавить одну дополнительную кровать-полку, позволяя разместиться втроем в одной каюте
• каюты 5 - 8 имеют раздвижную двуспальную кровать, позволяя размещать как пары, так и двух индивидуальных дайверов
• каюты 9 и 10 имеют двуспальную и односпальную кровати на одном уровне
• каюта 11 с двумя односпальными кроватями, расположенными друг над другом, является единственной каютой с большим световым люком в потолке вместо стандартных окон

Все каюты имеют индивидуальное кондиционирование и санузел с душем и феном для сушки волос.

ДАЙВИНГ

Просторная и практичная дайв-палуба не только предлагает каждому дайверу собственную ячейку для установки баллона и хранения снаряжения, но также имеет и большую станцию для фотографов с розетками на 110V и 220V. Здесь же расположен дополнительный санузел, два душа, шланги и емкости для опреснения снаряжения и аппаратуры. Легкий доступ в воду или к дайв-катеру обеспечивают две просторных ведущих вниз лестницы.

Sample Itinerary

Itineraries are weather dependent and tailored to best diving available each trip.

Day 1 - Saturday:
6:00pm board. Check in, dinner, unpack, orientation and safety briefing.

Day 2 - Sunday:
Depart before first light; offering 4 daytime dives and 1 night dive today.

Day 3 to Day 5 - Monday through Wednesday:
4 daytime dives and 1 night dive per day/night in the Exuma Cays and/or Eleuthera. Shore excursions are offered daily.

Day 6 - Thursday:
4 daytime dives Captain’s Dinner with photo and video presentations; awards presented during dessert.

Day 7 - Friday:
2 daytime dives.
Return to Nassau 2:00-5:00pm depending on weather and travel distance.
6:00pm Farewell Cocktail Party.
Port night in Nassau! Dinner on your own. The evening is yours to enjoy in Nassau.

Day 8 - Saturday:
Disembark vessel by 9:00am.

Aqua Cat departs Nassau on a course for the Exuma Cays. We plan our week as we go so we can offer you the best diving conditions based on the weather. We’ll explore the northern Exumas and south end of Eleuthera most weeks. On a daily basis, the itinerary includes up to 5 dives per day and eco adventures like snorkeling, kayaking, hiking and stand up paddle boarding. Along the way so you can experience the wonderful Central Bahamas above and below the waterline.

The Exuma Cays offers many opportunities to go ashore and explore and enjoy the uninhabited beaches. For these occasions, we highly recommend proper footwear for these eco adventures. Flip flops are not always suitable. We suggest water shoes or TEVA type sandals. Sneakers are fine but they might get wet!

Bahamas Ground Transfers: You can take a taxi which will cost $35.00 to $40.00 or we can arrange transfers. For each pick-up, the cost is $18.00 per person one-way. You can book transfers by going to Ground Transfers. If you book transfers, you will find Mr Wright just outside the airport (by the railing). He will be holding a sign with the boat name on it. If you don’t see Mr. Wright immediately, ask anyone to point him out for you or you can reach him at 242.449.7862. Be sure to double check that you are on the right bus/van! No credit for missed transfers.

Boarding & Disembark Time: For flight planning, boarding is at 6:00pm on Saturday. We offer a welcome orientation, dinner and an important safety briefing immediately afterwards. It is important that you attend this informative meeting! Please plan your flights accordingly. If you are arriving earlier in the day, you may drop bags off at the boat prior to boarding. The Aqua Cat will depart Nassau early Sunday morning for the Exuma Cays – usually before 5:00am.

The Aqua Cat returns to Nassau the following Friday afternoon. Dinner ashore in Nassau is on your own Friday evening. All passengers must disembark on Saturday by 9:00am. You may leave your bags at the boat if you have a late afternoon flight and are welcome to use the showers and restroom on the dive deck.

Diving Guides: In general all the divings are not guided dives in the Exuma Itinerary. All divings are self-guided. Most buddy teams choose to dive on their own. The instructors/divemasters on board will give you a good in-depth briefing before each dive describing the topography, conditions, the current (if any), depth and it will include a visual aid. If you would like navigational assistance, please advise the instructor that you would like to follow him/her prior to the dive.

Side Mount & Rebreather: Side mount diving is possible as each guest is assigned a dive position that holds two tanks. You can dive either single side mount or double side mount.

We can provide you with a cylinder of oxygen with prior arrangements. However, you must bring everything you need to fill your rebreather as we cannot supply it for you. The cylinder of O2 is $80.00 dollars and there is no credit for unused gas.
